That score is what orders the work that follows, and it prevents the common mistake of designing an export push the company cannot yet sustain.<\/p>\n<h2>One-to-one mentoring and evidence-based market analysis<\/h2>\n<p>Building on the assessment, each company receives several one-to-one mentoring sessions and a report covering its SWOT analysis, its target markets and the expected evolution of demand in each of them. The destinations that came out strongest were in West Africa \u2014 Mauritania, Senegal, Cabo Verde and Ghana \u2014 alongside mainland Spain, and the sectors ranged from medical and veterinary equipment to natural cosmetics and agri-food.<\/p>\n<h2>What the company takes away<\/h2>\n<p>A final report with its work plan and, above all, judgement: which market to enter first, with which product, through which channel, and what it still needs before taking the step.
